Send us your CAD file, and we'll send you a color rendering.
Is there ever a time when you want to show your customers color renderings of their monuments, but you don't want to purchase any software or learn how to use a new program? If so, that's a good time to try our new Coloring Service. The image on the left is a CAD file that the customer wanted to see in color prior to selecting a color of granite. Design Mart colored the image (middle image). The photo on the right shows the final monument. Renderings are very realistic, and they can help close sales when clients are unsure about granite colors, textures or finishes.
It's simple. Just email us a vector/CAD/illustration file from Gerber, Monu-Cad, Flexisign, Corel Draw or other program, and tell us which color you'd like. We'll reply to clear up any questions and give you a quote. You can choose from the five standard colors shown here: Black, Gray/Blue, Pink, Red or Mahogany. You'll be able to assign three textures to your drawing, so be sure to tell us where you'd like to see polish, frost and rock pitch. We can work with custom colors, but there will be additional setup costs, and your rendering will take longer to complete.
We work as quickly as possible to provide a color image for you and your customer, and most renderings are returned the same day they are ordered. Coloring most designs costs between $20.00 and $100.00 (most are on the lower end of the scale) depending on the amount of detail in the carving and the number of letters on the monument.
Email your files or questions to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at 800-736-7455. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Design Mart Also Works With Job Site Photos
In this example from JK Monuments you'll see how we were able to take their photo of the original job site and create a custom rendering for their customer's approval. Working in actual scale we were given the dimensions of the stone by JK Monuments, so the proposed drawing and corresponding file created for cutting sandblast stencil were precisely the correct size.
JK Monumnets did and excallent job with this sign, and we emjoyed working with them. Let us know if we can help you with your next project!
